These are the terms and conditions for www.rpgsolutions.com. By using our services you’re agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, then please do not use the website. We might update them from time to time, so check back here for the latest version. The Owners TBC with registration number TBC are based in the TBC. The games displayed on this site are not available for purchase. Our offerings are confined to the sale of in-game currencies only, and we do not facilitate the sale of the games themselves.
Account Creation
To register, please provide your email and secure password. Remember, one user can only have one account and cannot share with anyone else. Accounts are personal and can’t be transferred. You must be 18 or older to make a purchase. User under the age of 18 must not create an account or make any purchase on the website.
Security
TBC takes care of your payment info’s security. All transactions are carried out by our third-party payment service provider who are PCI DSS compliant. We do not hold or store any information related to your payment details.
We also take measures to keep the details of your account safe and secure. If you believe someone else might have had access to your account, please let us know immediately.
Payments
You will first need to create an account before making a purchase. Once your account has been registered you will be able to navigate across the site and select the package you require. All prices will be clearly displayed beside each package, please ensure you are happy with the product you choose to buy before doing so. After adding a product to the cart, you will be taken to our payment service providers payment page to complete you transaction. You’ll see transactions and the billing descriptor as RPGAS, UAE on your bank statement.
Delivery
All deliveries happen in-game. All orders are expected to arrive within 72 hours but sometimes they can take a little longer for larger amounts, we will communicate this within 24 hours of the order being placed. In the event that it has been more than 24 hours and you have not heard from us get in touch and we will look to resolve this for you as soon as possible. Deliveries will happen in-game by one of the three methods, in-game mail delivery, player meet-up or via an auction house, the delivery method will also be communicated by our agents.
Selling to Us
If you have any excess in-game tokens/cred/gold, please contact us using our Sell To Us page with the information of the tokens you hold and for which game. Please also make us an offer that you expect to receive for the good. We will review your proposal and either accept it, offer a new proposal, or decline it.
If you accept our offer for your gaming assets, we will arrange for the game assets to be transferred before issuing you with a payment. We’ll ask you for your account details to transfer payment your account. Keep in mind, it could take up to 10 business days for you to receive this.
Refund and cancellation policy
In the unlikely event that your goods are not received following a transaction then we will offer a money back and refund guarantee. If the goods have been delivered and received correctly then refunds will not be issued. When refunds are accepted then we will aim to process the refund within five working days. The processing speed of different banks will determine the exact time of the refund.
In the event that you want to cancel a transaction, then please get in touch and let us know the reason for the cancellation as soon as possible, if you submit a cancellation request after a product has been delivered then we cannot do anything further. We advise to submit a cancellation request within 7 hours of placing an order.
Termination of Account
Breaking these Terms of Service could lead to immediate suspension or closure of your account. Users also have the right to close their account at a time that suits them. Please get in touch with us if you wish to terminate your account.
Law & Jurisdiction
In the event of any disputes or disagreements arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, both TBC and the customer shall strive to resolve the matter through amicable discussions. This cooperative approach seeks to ensure that misunderstandings are clarified and solutions are reached that are satisfactory to both parties.
However, if an amicable resolution cannot be achieved, either TBC or the customer reserves the right to pursue legal avenues for resolution. Should legal action be pursued, both parties agree to be subject to the jurisdiction of the applicable laws and courts of United Arab Emirates.
Limitation of Liability
TBC can’t be held responsible for problems resulting from website transactions. Users are accountable for transactions on hacked accounts. Temporary service suspensions due to technical issues might occur with prior notice. Users agree to handle any claims, losses, and costs linked to website use, breaches of terms, or law violations.
User Under the Age of 18
Users under the age of 18 are prohibited from using our website, making a purchase or creating an account. If you believe a user is under the age of 18, please get in touch with us.
